本書采用圖文並舉、系統歷史闡發的形式,所包含的內容是對中國電影在百余年(1896-2015)中國社會環境與空間中進行前所未有的藝術轉型的記錄,同時也是對中國電影在面對歷史與現實的挑戰所做的曲折發展和革命性的跨越及所獲得的經驗的一種反思與探討。 

丁亞平,中國藝術研究院電影電視藝術研究所所長、研究員,博士生導師。兼任中國傳媒大學博士生導師。
