Swedish Film Week @ HKU

In collaboration with the Swedish Programme, The Hong Kong University (School of Modern Languages and Cultures – Swedish) arranges a Swedish film week in November. Two film showings will be open to public audience – “Call Girl” and “Big Boys Go Bananas”.

Swedish Film Week at The University of Hong Kong

Film Shpowings:

November 10th @ 5:00pm
Call Girl (2012)

A young girl is recruited from the bottom rung of society into a ruthless world where power can get you anything.

November 13th @ 5:00pm
Big Boys Gone Bananas (2011)

Dole Food Company wages a campaign to prevent a pair of Swedish filmmakers from showing their documentary about a lawsuit against the Company. Read more about the film.
