Applications are invited for the following post:

Assistant Lecturer in Spanish in the School of Modern Languages and Cultures (Ref.: 201300508) (for 1 year from September 1, 2013, with a possibility of renewal subject to availability of funding)

Applicants should possess a relevant degree preferably at Master’s level with proven interest in the teaching of Spanish to non-native learners. They should also be conversant with current trends in language teaching and learning.  Relevant experience in teaching courses at all levels, particularly in tertiary education, would be a distinct advantage. The appointee is expected to help with course development and the design of teaching materials for the Spanish programme. Enquiries may be sent to Ms. Rocio Blasco Garcia (email: roblasco@hku.hk).

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
