Ms. Sahli and Ms. Hiranandani will discuss the qualifications and requirements that are most sought after by Multinational corporations and German-speaking employers, especially in Asia, and the value-added skills that can make graduates more competitive in today’s labour market. The presentation will be followed by a Q&A session.

About the speakers:
Ms. Susanne Sahli is the Founder and Managing Director of True Colours HR Solutions Ltd. and the newly elected President of the Swiss Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong. Prior to establishing her HR consulting firm, she worked for one of Europe’s leading travel corporations. True Colours provides tailor made services to multinational companies in Asia and Europe, specialized in the area of assessments, leadership development, coaching and consulting. She is certified in a number of psychometric assessment tools, a qualified Executive Coach and holds a Higher Business Diploma Economics from the Institute of Management Studies in Bern, Switzerland.

Ms. Komal Hiranandani is a Consultant at True Colours Ltd. She supports the implementation of psychometric assessment tools for recruitment and career development and leads the back office assessment and development centres for Executives in the Asia Pacific region. Komal holds a Masters degree in Organisational Psychology from Adelaide University, Australia.
