Writing Book Reviews - Handy Hints and Cautionary Tales

Professor Edwards outlines the basic principles and parameters of the Academic Book Review with the goal of providing practical pointers for writing and publishing reviews.

The seminar covers:

** Key functions of academic book reviews
** Benefits for the Early Career book reviewer
** Common dangers in publishing book reviews
** Core content of a good review

Professor Edwards promises to provide you with a lively discussion on a mundane topic.
