The Challenges Facing Graduates in Today’s Labour Market

Ms. Susanne Sahli
Co-Founder and Managing Director of 'True Colours'

Ms. Sahli will discuss the qualifications and requirements that are most sought after by Multinational corporations and German-speaking employers, especially in Asia, and the value-added skills that can make graduates more  competitive in today’s labour market. Ms. Sahli’s presentation will be followed by a Q&A session.

About the speaker:
Ms. Susanne Sahli is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of True Colours Ltd. and a Director of the Swiss Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong. Prior to establishing her HR consulting firm, she worked for one of Europe’s leading travel corporations. True Colours provides tailor made services to multinational companies in Asia and Europe, specialized in the area of assessments, leadership development, coaching and consulting. She is certified in a number of psychometric assessment tools, a qualified Executive Coach and holds a Higher Business Diploma in Economics from the Institute of Management Studies in Bern, Switzerland.
