The Great Chocolate Wall of Hong Kong

Presentation and Mini-Chocolate Tasting Session

Ms. Cornelia Maeder
Founder and Managing Director of FRANCESCA Ltd.

Date: March 17 (Wednesday)

Ms. Maeder is an experienced Swiss-born trained chocolatier and entrepreneur in the field of chocolate sales in the Asia Pacific overseas market. In 2009, she founded the luxury chocolatier company FRANCESCA Ltd. in Hong Kong, which specializes in Grand Cru quality products, Premium, and Swiss hand-made chocolates. She has worked extensively with leading global manufacturers of premium chocolate, including Lindt & Sprüngli. Ms. Maeder holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and an Executive Dual Degree MBA from GSBA Horgen in Switzerland and the University of Albany in the United States. She is also the holder of a Commercial Education (KV) from the Swissôtel Le Plaza in Basel, Switzerland.

Ms. Maeder will share her experience in the chocolate industry and lead participants in a mini tasting session of hand-made Swiss chocolates.
